Materials left over?

For voluntary returns of surplus materials:

• €35 including VAT per return location. The fee never exceeds the accepted product value. No additional invoice will be issued.
• Bagged goods: apply within 14 calendar days of delivery or collection. Grids and other standard products: within 3 calendar months.
• After Tom approves: return the goods within 7 calendar days at a confirmed appointment. You arrange and pay for transport.
• Only unused, clean and undamaged goods. Bags must be unopened, dry and free of lumps. Liquids must be sealed. No cut-to-size or installed materials.
• Products delivered directly by suppliers are excluded from this voluntary scheme. Take rejected goods with you or arrange to collect them.
• Returns to two locations incur a separate handling fee at each location. Grids are refunded at the return price per component; other products at the price actually paid.
• Both inspections determine the final refund. Previously approved arrangements and earlier, more favourable terms are checked separately.
