Demo day winner wants to innovate the conservative construction sector with the screed grid

Start-up Staenis is the winner of the Start it at KBC Award, which was presented this evening during the Demo Day. Co-founder Daisy Bohyn received the prize because of the remarkable progress she made in pitching, or presenting, their business idea. The attending CEOs and investors awarded the Audience Prize to Stefan Walraven of start-up Inmanta. Five of the sixteen founders who participated in the pitch competition are women. Start it at KBC, in partnership with Straffe Madammen, consciously encourages women to start a business.
