Terms and privacy for independent Staenis professionals
These terms describe profile publication, enquiry routing and data processing for the European Staenis network. Version 2026-08-v1.
Profile publication
Staenis publishes only the explicitly confirmed business name, approximate town or region, service area, services and optional website. The historic order or delivery address is not published.
Enquiry routing
A visitor can submit an enquiry through Staenis and explicitly agrees to share the entered details with the selected professional. The professional's private routing address never appears in the browser or map data.
Independence
Listed professionals are independent businesses. A listing is not approval, certification, agency, employment or a quality guarantee by Staenis.
No lead or assignment guarantee
Staenis does not guarantee any number of enquiries, assignments, availability or revenue. The professional decides independently whether to respond and agrees arrangements directly with the enquirer.
Changes and withdrawal
The professional may withdraw consent at any time. A withdrawal immediately removes the profile from new map data. Corrections are not silently published when a new review is required.
Privacy and limited retention
Staenis processes confirmed profile data to manage the map and the contact and project details supplied by the enquirer to route one enquiry. Consent evidence is limited to date, source, profile version and an internal evidence reference. Public pages contain no private routing address.
Liability
Staenis is not a party to the agreement between visitor and professional and, within the limits of applicable law, is not liable for quotations, planning, work, damage or disputes between them.
