Yes. No account or purchase is required. Per network, you can ask up to 10 questions per hour, 20 over 24 hours and 40 over 7 days. All three limits apply together in rolling windows based on when you asked your questions. Follow-up and off-topic questions also count. Refreshing the page or starting a new conversation does not reset the limits.
Can I ask questions without using Staenis products?
Absolutely. The assistant also explains general floor principles and other materials. It speaks on behalf of Staenis and suggests our systems when they suit your project. The chat on our contact page remains focused on Staenis questions and customer service.
Can I act on the AI advice straight away?
Use it as an initial direction. The AI cannot see your site and can make mistakes. Technical data sheets, on-site conditions and a professional check remain necessary if load capacity, moisture or the complete build-up are uncertain.
What happens to my conversation?
Your messages are processed through OpenAI to answer you. Staenis temporarily stores the conversation on the server for up to two hours; a restart may remove it sooner. Do not include sensitive information. Your conversation and contact details are emailed to Tom only when you click Send to Tom. Privacy
