CircoFloor dry underfloor heating systems
The CircoFloor system is compatible with various dry underfloor heating systems, which can reduce energy bills by up to 25% compared to traditional systems.
Below you will find two manufacturers with their own dry floor system for underfloor heating that is currently suitable for the CircoFloor system.
More information and points of sale can be found on their websites.
Uniwarm
Gypsum fibre floor panel with pre-formed slots in which the underfloor heating pipe is placed.
The Uniwarm cladding consists of an 18 mm thick gypsum fiberboard with pre-formed grooves into which the underfloor heating pipes are easily installed. After the pipes are installed, the floor is finished with a glued 10 mm gypsum fiberboard cover plate for a stable and even base.
For point loads exceeding 1.0 kN (i.e. more than 100 kg), an additional layer is provided between the Uniwarm plating and the CircoFloor system, for example an 18 mm OSB board or a 10 mm gypsum fibre floor board.
If additional acoustic insulation is required, a felt layer can be applied beneath the Uniwarm cladding. Note: using felt will reduce the load class by one level. In that case, an additional 10 mm cover plate on top of the "18 mm Uniwarm plate + 10 mm cover plate" is required.
For point loads exceeding 2.0 kN (i.e., more than 200 kg), the CircoFloor system can be supplied in a less flexible plastic version (available upon request only). This doubles the system's strength but comes at a slight reduction in acoustic performance.
Are you looking for a comfortable and energy-efficient climate control system for your construction project? Uniwarm is happy to help. As an experienced system supplier, they offer a wide range of low-temperature solutions for floors, walls, and ceilings.

Fermacell Therm25™
Gypsum fibre floor panel with pre-formed slots in which the underfloor heating pipe is placed.
The new fermacell® Therm25TM underfloor heating elements are designed as a dry screed with integrated pipe guides for underfloor heating and cooling indoors. The Therm25TM element consists of a 25 mm thick fermacell® gypsum fibreboard, the top side of which is milled in a special pattern. This allows for easy installation of the elements and then of the underfloor heating pipes.
The 25mm thick Therm25TM element installed on the CircoFloor system is always finished with a 10mm, 12.5mm, or 15mm thick gypsum fiberboard cover plate. This floor structure can therefore withstand a point load of up to 2kN (i.e., up to 200kg).
For point loads exceeding 2.0 kN (i.e., more than 200 kg), the CircoFloor system can be supplied in a less flexible plastic version (available upon request only). This doubles the system's strength but comes at a slight reduction in acoustic performance.

Underfloor heating system & leveling
The WARP System is an innovative underfloor heating system that is installed on top of the existing subfloor and is always finished with a poured leveling compound layer. For leveling floors, pouring the leveling compound is a standard and necessary step to achieve a flat and technically sound floor structure.
Thanks to the wet construction principle, the heating pipes are located just below the floor surface and are fully encased in leveling compound. This ensures rapid heat release, high efficiency, and a very low installation height, ideal for renovations and projects with height restrictions.
The leveling compound is poured liquid over the WARP System and, once cured, forms a perfectly flat, stable surface. Leveling compound is cement- or synthetic resin-based, self-leveling, and essential for proper heat transfer and a smooth finish.
Any finishing layer, such as parquet, PVC, marmoleum or tiles, can be applied to this levelled floor without any problem.
The end result is a comfortable, energy-efficient, and future-proof floor structure where underfloor heating and leveling compound work together to create a durable and perfectly flat floor.
