Do I need to install expansion joints in screed with the Staenis grid?

It is no longer necessary to install expansion joints in your screed with the Staenis grid.

ATTENTION:

• An expansion joint must still be installed if the opening is smaller than 110 cm.
• Surfaces without expansion joints may not exceed 200 m² (for surfaces larger than 200 m² please contact us).
• Construction joints must always be continued, as prescribed by the BBRI.
• Edge insulation (perimeter joints) still needs to be installed.
